30 minutes with Coach Frances
Explore the world of barre with Coach Frances. This routine, which also incorporates yoga moves, will help you improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance. Raise the barre.

FIT FOR SUMMER

30 minutes with Coach Paul
Coach Paul knows the most efficient way to get lean for summer. With compound movements and full body work, he’ll help you reach your beach body goals. This program features dynamic weight modes in the second half, to keep things fresh as you sweat it out.

INTENTIONAL BREATHING

20 minutes with Coach Jared
Maximal Expansive Breathing is a diaphragmic technique which provides centering and empowerment after a workout. Coach Jared shows you how to take your mind and body to a calm, improved state. Slow down, release tension, and enjoy the practice.

FIT FOR ALL BODIES

30 minutes with Coach Natalie
Strong people come in all sizes. This workout for large bodies was designed by Coach Natalie using feedback from actual members. With no “up and down” exercises and plenty of modifications, you can feel confident as you begin your strength journey.

PRODUCT UPDATES

Share your 30-day workout calendar

You can now post a calendar view of your activity as a shareable directly from the mobile app! Make sure to update the Tonal mobile app to the latest version. Then just tap on your activity calendar and select the share icon on the top right.

QR Code Login

A new secure way to log in to your Tonal account that skips the process of typing your password. Just open up the mobile app, tap on your profile in the upper right corner, and select the QR code symbol in the top right. Then use your phone to scan the code on your Tonal login screen. 

Coaches tab on Explore

Curious to learn more about Tonal coaches? There’s a new coaches tab on the Explore page of your mobile app. Learn about each coach’s training style, pump-up song, and more!

Share A Photo With Your Workout Summary

Take or upload a photo from your mobile device and your workout summary statistics will be overlayed in this new sharable. To do this, go to activity, choose your workout, click the share button, swipe to access camera.
