Previously, Tonal teamed up with Tony Horton — fitness celebrity and creator of the P90X® series that sold nearly five million copies — to launch five exclusive workouts. Now, Coach Tony is back with six more dynamic strength workouts on Tonal. 

It’s not every day that you get to sweat it out alongside a celebrity trainer! You can experience this new collection in Tonal’s Live (Beta) workout format — where Coach Tony works out with you, just like in a live class. These workouts are all available on-demand, so you can do them whenever it fits into your schedule.

Coach Tony’s workout series is designed to build muscle, power, and full-body strength, and each workout will challenge you in different ways. You can do these workouts independently or try them as a series to suit your goals.

  • Dynamic Chest and Back — Be prepared to dig deep in this challenging workout. Maximize strength, stability, and muscle growth as you chisel your chest and build your back using dynamic weight modes: Eccentric and Smart Flex.

  • Total Body Knockout — More barbell! This advanced workout will put your athleticism to the test. Hit your entire body with a combination of barbell movements that’ll get you pumped while you’re pumping iron.
  • Cardio Core Crusher — Kick your metabolism into gear with this fast-paced core kicker. This bootcamp-style challenge will pommel your core and help you shred all over— prime your gut for glory using off-Tonal moves.
