In addition to personal training, Coach Pablo also has years of experience studying psychology and practicing therapy. Pablo explores the mind-body connection in his training. He makes you work hard but will always encourage you, so you feel powerful and amazing the entire time.

Coach Pablo created Dedicated & Disciplined because he wanted to provide guidance, support, and motivation to beginners, or anyone who needs a push. Each workout is short but mighty, so you can easily fit it into your daily routine.

The Scoop on Dedicated & Disciplined

Although Dedicated & Disciplined is a beginner program, it will still challenge people across all levels. It utilizes a pyramid training structure, meaning that you increase your weight while decreasing your reps. So, you’ll perform 3 sets of 12, 10, and 8 reps, with gradually increasing weight for each set. This structure keeps your muscles guessing, so you can finally push past your plateaus.

You’ll work out with Coach Pablo for under 30 minutes, 3 days a week, for 4 weeks.
