Tonal has quickly become an important part of my everyday routine. As a former D1 athlete, I am surprised that I am actually now in the best shape of my life thanks to Tonal. Not only do I feel physically stronger, but also mentally. I am eternally grateful for my Tonal machine and will happily sing its praises to anyone who will listen!
