Each workout is under one hour and combines upper, core, and lower body movements with High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT to give you a very effective, high energy, and sweaty workout. Body Lab will challenge you by pushing you out of your comfort zone.

Body Lab breaks down movements day by day, which makes them easier to understand. You’ll pay special attention to each movement and the way you form each movement.
You’ll do movements that target your core, upper body, and lower body on every workout day. That ensures that you get a full, well rounded workout every time you show up.

Body Lab is an intermediate level program. You’ll sweat 3 days per week for four weeks. Each workout is about 40 minutes in length.
