    (Left) A Mat is positioned directly in front of Tonal. A woman walks towards Tonal and the Mat, and extends the left Smart Arm down towards the floor, and the right Smart Arm up towards the ceiling. Facing Tonal, she lowers herself between the Smart Arms, onto her left knee in a half-kneel position with her back foot tucked. She grabs the left Smart Handle with her left hand and the right Smart Handle with her right hand. Simultaneously, she thrusts her left arm up and pulls her right arm down. She repeats for several reps.

    (Left) A man walks towards Tonal and lifts the left arm directly up above his head. He pulls the Smart Handle with his right hand and lowers himself down onto his right knee, in a half kneeling position. He places his left hand on his hip. Facing Tonal, he pulls the Smart Handle down towards his side and back. He repeats the motion for several reps.

    (Left) A man walks towards Tonal and lifts one Smart Arm up above his head. Pulling the Smart Handle down with his right hand, he lowers himself onto his left knee in a half kneel on the Mat with his right knee facing forwards. He places his left hand on his hip. Facing Tonal, he pulls the Smart Handle down towards his side and back. He repeats the motion for several reps.

Pulling the Smart Bar with him, he lays down on the bench with his head positioned towards Tonal and lifts the Smart Bar straight up above his chest. He proceeds to lower the Smart Bar back behind his head, towards Tonal, and back up. He repeats the motion for several reps.

    A man lies down on a Bench perpendicular to Tonal, his head resting on the end closest to Tonal and his feet planted. Gripping Smart Handles in both hands with palms facing Tonal, he extends his arms fully upward then pulls the Smart Handles down toward his shoulders, bending at the elbows.
