    A man walks towards Tonal and the Bench. He lowers one Smart Arm down to the ground so that it creates a triangle with the floor. He places the bench perpendicular to the arm and stands between the Smart Arm and the Bench, with the Smart Arm centered between his legs. He pulls the Smart Handle up to his chest with both hands, and proceeds to squat down to the bench, lightly tapping it with his glutes. He repeats the motion for several reps.
