    A woman gets down on the Mat on all fours, perpendicular to Tonal. The woman keeps her knees bent and hovering above the Mat, while she crawls on all fours forward and backward the length of the Mat.

She proceeds to pull the cable down from left to right, diagonally across her body in a chopping motion. She repeats the motion for several reps.

She bends down to grab the Smart Handle with both hands and positions her body with her side facing Tonal. She pulls the cable from her lower left to her upper right in a diagonal cross-body motion. She repeats the motion for several reps.

Facing away from Tonal and standing to the left of the Smart Arm, the woman pulls the Smart Handle to her center with both hands. She proceeds to move the Smart Handle to the right towards the Smart Arm, back to center, and in towards her chest. She repeats the motion for several reps.

    A man walks towards Tonal and extends the left arm directly out, lowering it to hip height. With his side facing Tonal, the man gets down on both knees on a Mat. He grabs the Smart Handle with both hands and holds the Smart Handle out directly in front of him. He moves the Smart Handle towards the Smart Arm, back to center, and in towards his chest. He repeats the motion for several reps.
