  • We are also introducing a new Order Status Tool where you can track the status of your Tonal order using your Order ID and shipping zip code.
  • If you have product questions, please refer to our Knowledge Base to find solutions to common issues. It’s a good resource and we encourage you to start there to troubleshoot any problems that might come up with your Tonal. 
  • As part of this site we also have new Support Forums where you can find answers from other users to your questions.
