Every workout you complete lives in the Activity tab of your Tonal app. Tap into any workout to track your reps, sets, time under tension, and total volume and see your progress over time.
Calendar View, Up Next, & Coming Up
See your daily progress in the Calendar tab. Tonal checks off each day of the week you worked out and shows you the next workout you’ll do if you’re enrolled in a multi-week program.
Tonal also recommends personalized workouts and programs that will help you crush your goals.
Browse
The Browse tab gives you access to learn about hundreds of fun and motivating workouts from expert coaches.
We sort by Featured, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, and Full Body programs and workouts so that you can find exactly what you’re looking for.
See the length of each workout, the coach, and the level to make sure you get exactly what you need every time you pick something new.
